President Obama came up with a compromise that folks at the climate talks in Copenhagen could live with. So the leaders of 193 nations agree to a plan to help poor nations deal with climate problems. However, reports indicate that major polluters can keep emitting their greenhouse gases. One official called the compromise "a triumph of spin over substance."

Have a pact that they all think is fair.
It maintains permission
For pollution emission.
Leaving some in a state of despair.
