Police accuse a Texas man of using computer skills to stall the ignitions and set of the horns of vehicles sold by his former employer. They say Omar Ramos-Lopez had earlier been fired by the dealership.

When Omar hacked GPS,
Disabling ignitions,
Roughing up dispositions;
And causing no end of distress.
