Hugh Hefner is facing a lawsuit filed by a Playboy stockholder. The suit accuses Hefner of allowing the company to collapse while he continues to lead "the good life."

Fighting a threat to his reign.
A shareholder claims
Playboy's going down the drain.
Says the plaintiff, it's time
To put the firm on the block.
An issue costs more
Than a share of its stock.
He claims it's that Hef
Wants to keep getting his kicks.
That he cares not for money....
But just wants the chicks.
