Want ads shun unemployed

Hundreds of job listings posted online explicitly state that employers are not interested in people who are unemployed.  Some ads let it be known that long-term unemployed need not apply.

             Working Out

Folks who've long been laid off

Keep searching through the ads;
And folks who look to hire
Seem out there by the scads.

The major problem facing

The unemployed who lurk
Is companies won't consider
The folks now out of work.
